At TechxTown, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.techxtown.shop.

This policy applies to consumer purchases delivered within the United Kingdom.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

TechxTown offers a 30-day voluntary return policy for eligible products.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the product should be returned in its original condition, together with its original packaging, accessories and tags where applicable.

You may handle and inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we may take account of any resulting reduction in value where permitted by law.

2. UK Statutory Cancellation Rights

For most products purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their order without giving a reason.

You generally have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

These statutory cancellation rights are separate from our additional voluntary 30-day return policy.

Certain legal exceptions may apply to the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised or customised goods and other goods specifically excluded by law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For a voluntary change-of-mind return under our 30-day policy, the customer may be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the product unless TechxTown has stated otherwise.

Where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise covered by statutory consumer rights, TechxTown will handle the return in accordance with applicable UK law.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product is:

• Faulty or defective

• Damaged during delivery

• Different from the product ordered

• Not as described

• Not fit for its intended purpose

Please provide your order number and, where reasonably requested, photographs or video evidence showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

5. Products Returned Under the 30-Day Voluntary Policy

For a change-of-mind return under our voluntary 30-day policy, the product should be returned in a condition suitable for resale, subject to the customer's statutory rights.

Where the law permits a reduction in value because a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, TechxTown may take this into account.

This does not apply in a way that unlawfully restricts statutory consumer rights.

6. Sale and Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, promotions or discounts are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as products purchased at full price.

A sale or discounted product does not lose its legal protections.

Our voluntary 30-day return conditions may apply to change-of-mind returns, but they do not affect statutory rights.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another model, colour or item, please contact us.

Where an exchange is not available, we may ask you to return the original product and place a new order.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Refunds for Statutory Cancellations

If you validly cancel an online order under your statutory cancellation rights, TechxTown will process the refund in accordance with applicable UK law.

Generally, the refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the applicable legal requirement is met.

We will normally refund the payment using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered by TechxTown. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

The customer may be responsible for reasonable return postage costs where permitted by law and where this was properly communicated before purchase.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount in your account.

9. Refunds for Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

TechxTown will handle such claims in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits those statutory remedies.

10. Warranty

Some TechxTown products include a 6-Month Limited Commercial Warranty.

The commercial warranty is separate from your statutory consumer rights.

The expiry of the 6-month commercial warranty does not automatically mean that your statutory consumer rights have expired.

11. Proof of Purchase

We may request reasonable proof of purchase, such as:

• Order number

• Order confirmation

• Receipt

• Other reasonable evidence showing that the product was purchased from TechxTown

This requirement will not be used to unlawfully restrict statutory rights.
