30-Day Issue Reporting

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issue with their order.

Product Inspection (48 Hours)

Customers are required to inspect the product within 48 hours of delivery to ensure everything is in proper condition.

Customers may open the package and briefly inspect the product upon arrival to confirm it functions correctly.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Return Eligibility

To remain eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in new and unused condition

  • Show no signs of regular use

  • Include all original accessories and packaging

Products that show clear signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items showing excessive use or customer-caused damage will not be eligible for a refund.
